Sausage and Pepper Pitas

Makes 4 servings

1 pound fully-cooked smoked sausage link, thinly sliced
1 cup frozen pepper-onion stir-fry, thawed
1/2 cup Italian dressing
4 pitas

In a large skillet, saute sausage and pepper-onion stir-fry over medium-high heat until vegetables are tender (add a little oil if needed). Fill pitas with mixture and drizzle each with Italian dressing.
