Makes 4 servings
4 servings bow ties pasta, uncooked
1 (10 oz) can chicken breast
1/2 cup basil pesto
1/2 cup bottled roasted red peppers, chopped
1/4 cup bottled chopped olives or olive-pimento-caper mix
Cook pasta as directed on package in salted water; drain and return to saucepan. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat; heat briefly over low heat if necessary.
