Makes 4 servings
1 (10 oz) can chicken breast, drained well
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup teriyaki stir-fry sauce
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 (16 oz) package frozen Asian-style mixed vegetables
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and stir-fry about 2 minutes. Stir in teriyaki sauce, lemon juice and vegetables. Continue to stir-fry about 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve with rice.
