Pizza Dogs

Makes 4 servings

1 pound fully-cooked smoked sausage link, cut into 4 pieces
1/2 cup pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
4 hot dog buns
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Push sausage to the sides and pour pizza sauce into the center. Reduce heat to low and heat sauce through. Assemble sausage links into sandwiches on buns; top with sauce and cheese. If necessary, heat briefly under broiler or in microwave to melt cheese.

Note: Instead of smoked sausage, you can use hot dogs.
